1. Who We Are

Planet Utoppia operates the website planetutoppia.com, a showcase of cyberpunk fan art designs and creative apps. The data controller is PLANET UTOPPIA. For any privacy-related question, contact us at contact@planetutoppia.com.

Some projects have their own sites and policies, such as the Horóscopo Místico website and app and the adult-oriented site Planet Utoppia X (x.planetutoppia.com). This policy covers planetutoppia.com only.

2. What This Site Does (and Does Not) Do

This website does not sell products, does not process payments and does not have user accounts. Our designs are sold by third parties (for example on Redbubble), and any purchase, payment, shipping or return is handled directly by them under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive your order or payment data.

3. Information We Collect

• Contact information: your name, email address and the content of your message if you write to us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and date/time, recorded automatically in server logs by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.
• Advertising code: this site includes the Google AdSense code. At the time of writing no ads are displayed, but when the code loads Google may receive technical data such as your IP address and device information, and ads may be shown in the future. See our Cookie Policy.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To reply to your enquiries.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.
• To prepare, and in the future display, advertising that helps fund the site.
• To comply with our legal obligations.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

• Consent: for advertising cookies and similar technologies that require it (if and when they are used). You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests: website security and server logs.
• Pre-contractual / your request: to answer messages you send us.
• Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep or disclose certain data.

6. Third-Party Services

• Hosting provider – stores and serves the website (Hostinger).
• Google AdSense – advertising code included on the site (no ads currently displayed). How Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• Google Fonts – typography. Your IP address is sent to Google servers when fonts are loaded.
• External links – Redbubble, Instagram, Pinterest, Sheer and our other websites. Once you leave this site, their own privacy policies apply.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, relying on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data Retention

Messages sent to our email are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and are deleted after 12 months of inactivity. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period. Advertising identifiers are governed by Google's retention practices.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email contact@planetutoppia.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or with the authority of your country of residence.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Some external links lead to adult-only content that is strictly for people aged 18 or over (see our Disclaimer). If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
